Aromatherapy Diffusers and Essential Oils For Breast Cancer

Aromatherapy pendant diffuser necklaces are worn by men and women to feel happier and healthier, especially when conflicted with emotional and physical stress and anxiety.

People with cancer and other ailments benefit greatly from scents that smell good to them. An aromatherapy pedant diffuser necklace worn around the neck with a favorite scent in it can be very cheering.

Just add the scent to the pendant, dab some on the diffuser cork, pop the cork in the pendant and wear the necklace around your neck. Anyone can wear one anywhere. Some people even use them as car diffusers (around the rear view mirror).

Our Story:
My 11 year old daughter Tabetha (Tabs) and I co-founded Aromatherapy AnyWear and Essential Oils by Tabs in January 2014. Our goal was to help people heal and feel happy through aromatherapy.
The idea for the business came from SummerFest, an annual vegan festival held in Johnstown, PA, in July 2013. A vendor gave Tabs a small glass vial to wear on a necklace string and told her to put fairy dust in it. Instead, we put essential oils of ylang ylang and lavender in it and added a cork top to diffuse the oils. We test marketed around Rochester. People really liked the concept so we decided to design our own diffuser necklaces, and started marketing around the US.

We feature our diffusers in retail outlets, spas, through Essential Oil consultants, on Facebook – aromatherapy anywear and essential oils by tabs and on our blogsite - http://aromatherapybytabs.blogspot.com. We sell via retail & wholesale channels.

Tabs has been featured on Rochester’s YNN Cable’s R News – Business Now as a Young Entrepreneur and on WHAM/Fox News’ Morning Show as the Youngest Entrepreneur ever interviewed on the show.

We donate 1/3+ of sales to animal and vegan causes, with additional donations going toward education, cancer, autism, & fundraisers.

My two sisters are cancer survivors. My husband lost both his mom and sister to cancer.

Amma Therapy For Breast Cancer


So What is Amma Therapy?

Amma Therapy is an ancient healing system which dates back some 5000 years ago during the Yellow Emperor era. It is a highly skilled system of body work therapy which employs massage techniques, manipulations, and the application of pressure, friction and touch-to-points on the energy channels on which they are found. The channels are the pathways through which energy passes throughout our bodies. Amma, is less defined by a specific technique than by its purpose, philosophy, and sophisticated practice as a healing art.


Amma Therapy is fundamentally an energetic therapy focused on the balance and movement of “life energy” in the human body. Starting with the basic application of hand techniques used to balance the flow of energy. Then other methods were developed, including the use of needles (acupuncture), heat (moxibustion), skeletal manipulation, the appropriate use of herbal medications, diet, and then meditation. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) all these methods target the flow and balance of energy in the channels. The modern Amma therapist is knowledgeable in all of these areas but relies primarily on the sensitivity and strength of the hands to manipulate life energy.

Am-ma means “push-pull” in Chinese. Amma Therapy utilizes all the techniques of the major forms of therapeutic massage:

Deep pressure and point manipulation used in Shiatsu massage are applied to attain the desired effects of energetic movement and release of muscular contraction.

Foot reflex points commonly referred to as “foot reflexology” are stimulated during to these points which often has a profound outcome on the deeper organs and tissues within the body.

Deep Facial manipulation techniques and connective tissue manipulation used in Rolfing are used for muscle stretching and pushing techniques that are common to European or Swedish massage.

In addition, the master therapist is well versed in, and fully capable of, the skeletal manipulations that are the basis of chiropractic. Elizabeth also uses essential oils and healing crystals. 10 Healthy Tips For Breast Cancer Well-Being

A suggested anticancer lifestyle is a lifestyle that includes a variety of exercise, organic foods and clean pure water.  There are a few easy steps to keep your body safe and healthy. Cultivate awareness of what goes into your body; stop and take notice of your habits.  Ask yourself "Is this good or bad for me?  Will it make me feel better or worse?" We all want to feel alive and vital. 

Here are some great suggestions

TIP ONE - START A YOGA PRACTICE Gentle or restorative yoga poses can be very healing if done with care and awareness. Once you receive clearance from your doctor to begin exercise, a gentle or restorative yoga practice may be very healing in stretching the area of the incision, the calming down of the stress attached to the surgery as well as bringing the ROM, (range of motion) back to the entire area of the chest.

 TIP TWO - LEARN HOW TO BREATHE Deep breathing is vital; it encourages the release of body toxins, and rebuilds healthy tissue. It is as simple as oxygen helping to nourish the body, the muscles, and organs which then provides relief from stress, fear and anxiety. 

 TIP THREE - TRY TO EAT A PLANT BASED DIET Your diet really does make a difference when it comes to breast cancer prevention and recovery. A plant based diet should be a fundamental part of a healthy cancer free lifestyle. Make your diet rich in organic fruits and vegetables which are duly noted to help prevent breast cancer or other cancers. 

 TIP FOUR - DRINK MEDICINAL HERBAL TEAS It is acknowledged in the medical community that herbal remedies do play a vital part of holistic healing for cancers. Herbal teas can aid in cancer symptoms or help build overall health.

Prevent Breast Cancer with Healthy Lifestyle Choices for 2012

Necessary Lifestyle Choices for Optimum Health


An anti-cancer lifestyle will include a variety of exercise, organic foods, clean pure water and air. There are a few easy steps to keep the body safe and healthy. It is important to cultivate an awareness of what feels and taste right going into your body. It is equally important to stop and take notice of bad choices. Ask yourself “Is this good or bad for me? “Will it make me feel better or worse?”  We all want to feel alive and vital.


Exercise – Yoga
Practicing restorative yoga has shown through studies to encourage and improve sleep and to enhance overall quality of life. (Reuters Health) – About one third of breast cancer survivors experience fatigue that affects their quality of life. A new study found that doing yoga might help restore some lost vitality. There are some simple suggestions to start exploring a change in vitality.


Cancer Prevention Foods – Vegetarian/Vegan Diet
It is suggested to eat a plant base diet of fruits and vegetables: make your diet rich in organic fruits and vegetables that are full of micronutrients and bioflavonoids which are duly noted to help prevent breast cancer or other cancers. Here are some simple choices to select from to start improving your health.


Water Therapy – Alkaline Water
Alkaline water (referred to as ionized water) can neutralize or decrease the acidity of the body’s pH caused by stress, modern diet, and air pollution. We suggest trying this water and feeling the possible positive effects.

  • Find a water store and get alkaline water by the gallon (it usually stays charged with negative ions for up to 48 hours)
  • Purchase if possible a home alkaline water system that filters pollutants as well as charging the water with negative ions and anti oxidants
  • Benefit from the many ways to use alkaline water like necessary hydration for the body’s cells

Manage Stress – Learn to Breathe
Deep breathing is vital in that it encourages the release of body toxins, rebuild healthy tissue which consequently increases overall energy. This true oxygen exchange stimulates digestion, assimilation and elimination. A very important function of breathing fully and slowly is that the body’s natural relaxation response is prompted. A Breast Cancer Yoga practice commonly uses props in many innovative ways. The props allow for the main movements of the pose and the subtle adjustments of the body to assist in improving blood flow. The breath expands to open the chest, benefiting oxygen exchange and ridding the lungs of their residual stale air volume. The deepened breath physically brings increased circulation and lymphatic drainage; moreover it also has mental and emotional benefits such as decreasing anxiety, fear, and depression. The parasympathetic “rest and digest” functions are activated, down-regulating the habitual responses of the sympathetic nervous system which flood the body with stress hormones and create emotional states of panic and fear.
